I'm sure wooden gun after-market presentation cases are a dime a dozen but I thought I would share this. I purchased a beautiful mahogany presentation case from Van & Company in 2004 for a very reasonable price. It was to keep a Beretta 92FS (M9) in for my Marine son returning from Iraq. Van & Company is still in business and does really nice wood work, I recommend them for sure.

Ya know, a nice presentation box just makes a loved one happy, I think! When my Sarah was 15 I gave her a Heritage 6" .22/.22 mag revolver for Christmas. The gun was cheap, but it works well for what it is. But, I also hit Heritage for a belt, holster, and even pink stocks! But I didn't stop there; I bought one of their presentation boxes to keep the gun in. She held in her enjoyment when she got it all, but she's 20 now and still is too much of a girl to wear the holster/ belt combo! But the box was really cool 'cause I wood-burnt a message on the box. She can shoot the gun, etc., likes the box, but I can't get her to wear the holster! That's a nice box you bought your son. Sorry, that box just brought back that memory!
