Gun shop recommendations near Austin Tx

I will be in Austin Tx for the next five days.

Can anyone give me some recommendations for guns shops? I am looking for places that sell high end collector guns rather than current models that you can buy at any dealer.

I have always enjoyed stopping at McBrides . Interesting shop and good people!
 
McBrides has been around a long time. Don't know if they have what you are looking for. 2915 San Gabriel, just off Lamar.
 
I agree with McBrides. You also may find something at Red's Indoor Range.

One of our sons lived in North Austin. I went by the Blackjack Gunsmithing shop [(512) 450-3535] I noticed that they have guns for sale in the display case. I have always wanted to stop and talk to them, but so far I have not had the opportunity, but I will!

Used to try to stop at McBrides ever time I was in Austin.
Even with family there don 't go to Austin much anymore.
About 3 million in the urban area and most of them think a whole lot different than I do.
Last time there was amazed at what was on the ground under the freeway.
