I found this one at the gun show last week
27-2 4 inch TG TT RR WO, the hammer looks like my older ones though. Here it is alone. and with it's new family

Not at all. A private seller wanted $595 for it and I wound up with it for $550 OTD. I was happy with that. I was looking for a mod 28 and this man had one but this 27 was right next it so I made this deal instead. I still want a Highway Patrolman though.

Very sweet gun nad the right deal. I just watched a 27-2 in 4" close for $949 on GB a couple of days ago. It looked to be in nice shape but wasn't a pristine/unfired type.

I just paid too much for a 27-2 6", but will post pics/story once it comes in and not steal this thread.

That mod 28 had gold in the letters? But was a 6 inch in great condition. I didn't open the cylinder and look at the model number. Sorry. He was asking $550, so probably could have been had for $500.
