Sad news indeed. My brother in law has booked hunting tours in Argentina with his outfit. RIP
 
Sad story. Striking up 'friendships' with married women can be dicey territory. A shame that things went this bad...
 
Hard to tell all the previous facts from this article. Maybe the wife has a 'history', maybe the husband is just a jealous looser. Regardless, I can see where messing around with another man's wife (if that's what was going on) could deserve a butt whipping, but just walking in and shooting the guy is the weak man's way out.

Since Rodriguez left behind a wife and two children in Texas, one hopes that the estranged husband was incorrect in his assumptions. Apparently the woman worked for a firearms manufacturer and whom Rodriguez met at a trade show. They apparently had become friends.......
 
Greg R. was probably the best writer on safari and rifles for it. I'll miss him. There's always Boddington, but I liked having a second man in that field.

No idea whether he was fooling around with the woman, whose marriage was apparently shaky. But I wish her husband had handled it with a divorce, not via a murder.
 
yeah, he was an editor for Guns & ammo... that hella sux. ex hubby wasnt pleased the ex wife had male company over ? OJ was unavailable for comment...
