I have an opportunity to purchase an H&K P30 SK in mint condition for about $400 (box, papers, mags included). Does anyone have any feedback on this gun and/or the price? I'm looking for objective user opinions. Thanks.

It's a quality piece. I've only shot one once, though. Trigger was good, but it is a small gun. That price is very good, so if you don't like it you should have no trouble reselling it.

I mostly carry a VP9SK which I believe uses the same frame. I chose it for the ergonomics. It feels like they used my hand as the mold. I also like that I can adapt the panels on 3 sides of the grip. You might want to verify that the gun you're considering comes with all those optional panels.

The only change I made was to recently add granulate Talons because the gun always felt "slippery" to me.

They're great guns. The P30 is an updated P2000 design which originally was a G19 size gun. HK service intervals are at 90k rounds. That said the SK is the newest one so I can't speak for it

I'd love to find one for that price. If you like the way it fits your hand and it's features, you can't go wrong with buying it.

Thanks for the feedback everyone. Deal is done. I should receive in a week or so. Thanks again.
