To authorize the Secretary of Health and Human Services to award grants to eligible entities to conduct diagnostic testing for COVID–19, and related activities such as contact tracing, through mobile health units and, as necessary, at individuals’ residences, and for other purposes.

Apparently this bill passed the house today. WTH is wrong with people?!

Yeah, the looney bunch in the house House can pass something like that, but I suspect it is as DOA in the Senate as the House's latest 3.5 BILLION "Coronavirus Stimulus" bill that has little funding for anything specifically related to the virus.
