On March 24 he turned up at an event honoring fellow nonagenarian Dr. Jane Goodall in Carmel-by-the-Sea, where he lives and was mayor of years ago. Apparently he is a serious animal lover. He was looking frail but is still working, on what is rumoured to be his last film, "Juror Nº2".

"...Goodall is renowned for her work with primates, so it's not surprising that Eastwood turned out to hear her speak. He starred opposite Clyde, an orangutan, in the 1978 movie comedy "Every Which Way but Loose."..

Just watched "Any which way you can" last night. Makes me laugh every time I watch it.The man certainly doesn't have to work any longer..he just loves to do it. I was surprised to learn the Sondra Locke died back in 2018 at 74. She was 14 years younger than Clint.

I thought this was gonna be about Debbie Harry, one of my old favorites. But Clint beat her & band out years before their arrival!

As Abe Lincoln said, "Don't believe everything you read on the internet." A recent article said,"...Despite her advanced age, Goodall is on the road roughly 300 days a year..." Just reading about her and Sir David Attenborough's activity makes me tired.
