Harris bipod adapter to MOE hand guard..

Can anyone direct me to the proper part to attach my Harris bipod to my new MOE M&P 15?

Essentially, I just need to put a swivel stud on the hand guard so the Harris will mate up.

So what is this thing called? Part number?
