Hello to all! It is a pleasure to join the S&W family. For the last two years I carried an XDs in .45, loved the pistol but it took a lot of practice to get even a decent group. When my wife decided to get her CCL we tried several pistols, finally choosing a Shield. It was love it at first shot. My first seven rounds cut the X out of a silhouette at 10 yards. Bought the Shield and sold the Xds and never looked back.

I also had issues with the XD line. Certainly quality firearms, my son in law has two (2) but I could never shoot will with either gun.
