A big ole Howdy from Houston.
I recently purchased my new .357 Magnum, 686-6, 4" barrel and I have truly enjoyed getting back into shooting. 35 years ago, when I was just a kiddo, I earned my Marksman cert. because my family owned the land a police firing range used and I had unfettered time to shoot, and train.
Now, all these years later it's like riding a bicycle. I have enjoyed setting my target at 25 yards and popping 180 grain, .357 Magnum ammo square bulls eye. I'm hoping to get some 200 grain, .357 ammo because I'm pushing my firearm and I want to feel the kick each one can produce.
I am a fashion photographer, graphics artist, fine artist and I had a wonderful time doing a "fashion" photo spread of my firearm. I will try and post there here for you to enjoy.
I am also in the market for a new .460XVR, and I found one I've got my eye on at a Houston store nearby. Can't wait to talk to those who've enjoyed shooting this particular firearm. I'm also looking to join a club in Houston.
Thanks,
Sandy
