Hello from Indiana. I have been lurking in the shadows for a while now and figured it was time to jump in. I have been shooting handguns for 25 years but am somewhat new to the S&W line. About a year ago I purchased a M&P 9 from a friend that was laid off and needing money. I have never been a "plastic" gun guy and admittedly had no experience with them either. The M&P felt so good in my hand - I bought it and promptly went to the range. I was so impressed with it - I bought a 2nd M&P 9. I will be purchasing an M&P 45 in the near future. So many guns....so little money. I know I will learn much here.
