Hello from NC

Greetings, I'm from NH but live in NC now. Bought my first S&W back in 1987. A young kid so I needed the biggest gun I could find so I got a Model 629 with the 8 3/8 barrel, after all these years I still got it. It was soon followed by a 686, M&P's and several others. I recently got back on a revolver kick and really want to pursue my new love of the wheel gun. I shoot IDPA and will start competing in the Stock Service Revolver class next month.looking forward to following the forum and getting some good information.

I can relate to your post. Even though I carry a self loading sidearm - S&W M&P 45ACP, I have a strong affinity for the older revolvers.
