Hello from New England

Great to meet you all. I moved around a lot in my 20s so nice to some faces from the West and East of this great country.

As for me, born in Maine, now split my time between VT and NH. Wife's family is in VA, so we head down that way now and then to remember what spring is supposed to be like!

Welcome from Vermont. Joined last year when I got my first N frame after 50 years of only a K or two and L frame. One of the members said it wouldn't be my last and he was right. I have "several" now in a span of one years time, several more L's and just closed out a 13-2 tonight. This isn't the place to visit if you don't want to get hooked. Run while you have the chance!

Whistle Pigs!

Welcome indeed, from the Pacific NW! It was so good to see a reference to Whistle Pigs! When I was a boy, my dad used to say on occasion "Hold her, Nute, she's headin' for the Rhubarb Patch, just like a Whistle Pig headin' for the brush!" I would say, "Daddy, what's a Whistle Pig?" He would rear back and say, "You mean, you don't know what a whistle pig is? You should find out." No internet or Google in those days, so it took me years to find out. Not a lot of groundhogs in Southern Oregon...

You have entered the land of S&W lovers! Good to have you on board.
