Hello all,

I just wanted to throw out an intro. I found this forum after reading a few posts on the firing line. I am a big fan of S&W revolvers. My first handgun was a Model 65-5 Ladysmith (came with the thin smooth rosewood grips). Also have had a M10-7 in Nickel (1 7/8"), M60, and M36.

I used to carry the M65 when I had my CCW back home in Georgia, and that little 3" K-frame is my favorite go-to firearm.

I am most interested in smith revolvers, and would eventually like to add a 686 and a 57 to the mix.

That's about it. I'll be reading up more on the forums.

OK, maybe I used the wrong term. What I had was a firearms license that allowed me to carry concealed. It required the standard background check, fingerprinting, and a few other hoops to jump through. It has my info and thumbprint (IIRC) on it. It's packed away (and now not valid), but I will try to dig it up.

Where at in NW Ga? I used to shoot regularly at a shop a friend managed in Kennessaw, although I was living in Lawrenceville at the time.
