New to the forum but not the brand, I've actually come somewhat full circle. I've been in LE for 29 years and have carried Glocks for the most part but started at Cobleskill PD with a S&W model 59. Then I carried a S&W 681 for my first years in the NYSP. I recently purchased a M&P45C as a pre-retirement weapon in anticipation of leaving the NYSP. Being that I live in the Welfare Recipient's paradise I will be an instant felon upon retirement (**** be upon Cuomo).... Anyway I am impressed thus far with my purchase, albeit used and in need of a couple items, but a call to the factory and the parts are enroute. Nice.
