Hi,
I'm standing in Home Depot looking for the right " Flavorizer" bars for my grill and I need a part number, so I can replace the 4 year old ones that have rusted out.

No problem Mr. ditrina ( how did he know ! ) Hold on a moment.

Hello Mr. ditrina, I see you have a SUMMIT model and that takes 12 of the bars correct?

YES that is correct..

Well Mr ditrina.. I have good news we can cover those under our warranty. so we will send you a set for

FREE!!!!!!!:D:D:D:D:D:D ( A $169.00 value)

Now being the good southern fellow that you are..I would have thought you would have made a custom grill using a WalMart shopping cart.:D

You could really whip some of those good looking ribs....Or is that what you did use and have decided to upgrade to that fancy one you showed us a picher of?

I'll just bet Rusty will be along shortly and show us a fine picher of one of those WallyWorld grills.

We have an 11 year old 3 burner Spirit. I thoroughly clean it every year, and over time have replaced flavor bars twice, a striker, grates (grills) twice, and a cover several times. The thing looks and cooks like new :)

Great grills! I have had one for several years with no problems. My neighbor's old grill gave out recently so I told him go buy a Weber, he loves it. When I was a firefighter we had Weber grills in the stations and they stood up to years of abuse, I always said a fireman could break a rock so they are great products.

I've cooked on Weber grills for 40+ years, but only recently switched to a gas grill. The Weber Spirit 3 burner. I hate to admit it, but I enjoy it much better, no long wait time for the charcoal to heat up, not as much mess to clean up, you can control the temp for cooking much better, I like the end result.

I switched originally to make it easier, put the grill on my deck just outside the kitchen, rather than down on the patio where the charcoal grill is. Now I have no intention of cooking anything on the big kettle (except maybe a turkey). There may be a nice Weber charcoal grill for sale by next year.

I've said it before, I have both charcoal and gas made by Weber.

Weber stands by their product because of the quality.

Everything can break or wear out. Weber parts are readily available.

Got mine 5 years ago. Expensive and worth it. Hands down the best and easiest to clean grill I have ever owned. Definitely beats wearing out and replacing the cheap ones. A couple of those and you've paid for a Weber.

Have had the Webber kettle for at least 35 years (replaced maybe 2X)
and added a Genesis (S330) about 5 years ago - we grill summer and
winter - rain, snow whatever - probably 4-5 times a week on average.
I bought the grill covers initially but have never really used them - the grills
are great - no rust & look great - the few times that I had a question or
problem Webber came through - use the gas for pork/chicken and the kettle
for steaks etc.

No snow here but,

I use the gas on the covered porch when it rains or I'm in a hurry. Charcoal goes out in the yard.
