Yes it's another Okie. I live south of the Tulsa metro. In the past I've owned and shot all kinds of firearms. I use to be a good shot, but it seems I've lost some skill and steadiness.

Don't laugh! Ok do if you must. My current inventory is meek to say the least. Mod. 62 Stevens .22 rifle and Nagant 1895, 1939 Tula. I only have 14 rounds of the Nagant yellow box corrosive ammo left and have been shooting .32 and .32 Mags in it. Been getting pricey.

I will be purchasing a Sigma 9mm very soon for a home gun and plinker. I've been wanting to hold off and go to the Tulsa gun show for the possible purchase of the Sigma. But I just don't know about that many people and guns together. With some of the folks looking like they should never own a gun walking around there. SCARY imho! :) So I will buy retail some where more than likely.

Anyway just wanted to post up a hello.

Thanks for the welcome's. :)

I have not picked up a Sigma yet. I got hit with the Farve syndrome.

Hello all

Well I have ruled out the Sigma. I've shot three since I started this thread. It's junk!!!! They should be $100 pistol's IMHO. Even after trigger mods there no better than my 1895 Nagant. Just horrible! I've shot two 9mm and one 40. Sorry,,, not my pistol. As a matter of fact every semi auto S&W I've shot in the last year has been a disappointment. I love my beat to hell Super Black Hawk! I feel it's the real essences of a pistol. The wife refers to it as my John Wayne gun. :D For some reason that does not seem to carry over to the auto's for me.

What I have decided on is a SA XD 5" Tactical 9mm. I know this wont go over well here. And a Rossi 357 mag 4" basic revolver. My wife can handle it and I like the sights on it. I won't and wouldn't speed load it and fire it like my SB .44 mag. And she prefers to not be in the same county when the .44 mag is spitting lead.

I do want to thank everybody for there very warm welcomes! Rest assured I will never part with the SBH .44 Mag. So I hope I have found a home. :)
