I have a friend who is going to the Grand Tetons & Jackson Hole in a few days to do some hiking, camping, and rafting.
He will be with three buddies and ALL are Canadian citizens.

He knows they will be in cougar and bear country and is planning to take bear spray, but wishes they could have a firearm along.

Is there any (legal) way for them to rent or otherwise arm themselves while there?

Reminds me of the story of the two brothers going hiking and the topic of bears came up.
