Help Identifying .357

This was the first gun I ever shot as a kid and my Dad recently gave it to me. Can anyone help me identify the model so I can order a letter? S/N = 2K34959

Welcome to the Forum.

That looks like a Combat Magnum. Open the cylinder and look at the frame. It should be marked MOD 19-3 for Model 19.

Muley Gil is correct that your revolver is a .357 Combat Magnum (Model 19-3) with a 6-inch barrel. It most likely shipped in 1971. Combat Magnums were originally shipped with target stocks made of Goncalo alves. The Magna stocks made of American walnut on your revolver are replacements for the originals.
