When Federal® reintroduced this round in 2009 it is in 20rd boxes. Costs more than what 50 round boxes did back in the day.

No, 20 round boxes only. Any 50 round boxes you find are a decade old or older.

Does anyone know of a source for bulk NyClad bullets for reloading?

Federal owns the rights & any patents. I don't know who's making them for Federal, but I'd expect it's an exclusive contract.

When S&W went out of the ammo business, I bought about a thousand Nyclads. Loading them was an interesting experience. If you just want a 125 gr bullet for loading, check with the folks who make bullets for cowboy shooting. A 125 gr plated bullet would use about the same powder charge and be a whole lot less hassle to load.

When Federal reintroduced these a couple of years ago, the local store had gobbs of - 50 - round boxes. They were white with black lettering. I should have bought some.
