Help rebuilding a 4th Model .32 DA

Greetings,
This is my first post. I'm rebuilding a Fourth Model .32 Double Action for a friend and by way of a timeline, I'd like it to be a Christmas surprise.

I need the Joint Pivot and it's screw, as well as the stock screw. Unfortunately, Numrich Arms doesn't have either screw listed in stock.

Are these two screws used in any other S&W, or can anyone recommend an alternate source?

Will any other S&W model grip screws work?
