Help to ID this barrel shroud

Was browsing ARF Revolver lounge and ran across this picture. The guy who posted is from Germany and has only one post (the one with the pic). Tried to contact him, but no response.

I would be interested in buying this shroud/underbarrel weight or something similar. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

My best guess would be that it is custom with bolt on pieces. If you look carefully it looks as though there is a slightly different hue to the "real barre" and the what appear to be add on parts. It is most likely a custom shop job done one of a kind.
