You might want to look the camera you have up on line if you no longer have the manual...some of these cameras have a reset button or otherwise can be reset. That said, if you have a Primos...throw it in the trash can and go buy a different brand. Primos is junk with a capital J.
I will check the brand this week. Both were left on the property by a fellow hunter that passed away two yrs ago. We have used them successfully until recently.
I live in a damp climate and every once in a while I have to bring one in and let it dry out for a few days and then it works just fine. I use the Bushnell Trophy cams and about half of them go bad after 4 years.
