Hello guys,
I bought at January an M&P15-22. I had some doubts, little problems, etc... so I sent the next email THREE (3) times. They all were read, but seems like S&W doesnt care to reply.
Here is a copy of the email and read confirmations at the end of the email:
Hello,
I'm from Spain and have received recently a S&W M&P15-22, serial number DTH60xx, and I would like to know, if by serial is possible to know if this rifle has been updated to latest specs, and if I may have any problem. Since im from Spain, any problem will become a big trouble as the dealers here are usually careless and I will have to return it to the exporter (Borchers) who may take months to fix any problem. (I haven't added this, but seems like S&W is careless too
)
I have also read that a new magazine design is available, the current one I have is one with the text 22 LR, and I read about the new design marked with:
22 LR
25 ROUND
Could you please provide me with more details on that, and also let me know if is possible to order new magazines directly from S&W from Spain?
What does the different stars on the back of the manual means?
Thanks!
Antonio
PS: I have seen that new "blue" springs can be replaced and are available as "new specs for the 15-22". Is there any chance of order one or buy one from Spain?
PS2: I was able to shot now my 15-22. I have experienced than sometimes the bolt didnt cycled properly, so a 2nd round was chambered without the gun being cocked again, and sometimes it did shot the 2nd and 3rd round like a full auto gun, because of a low blow back. I was using Fiocchi and Remington Thunderbolt. Can be that caused by the ammo or I better sent it to the Spanish exporter, Borchers?
PS3: Hope this email isnt being ignored again.
