Shooting for Saturday with Sunday as a back up.
I'll probably go on Sunday. I'll be the old geezer with NO beard, wearing an orange Auburn University (AU) ballcap.

Better get there early - traffic usually backs way up on the interstate.

This will be the first year since 1992 that I won't be going. Got a building project taking up all my time and money.
Hillsville is great fun though, I'll be sorry to miss it. "Gun Alley" is a hoot, gun haters would have a heart attack if they saw it....

I always try to get there by 8 am, I used to go every year but haven't been in a few years
Went Sunday AM. Went into Hillsville from Galax (eastbound) on US 58. Took the bypass to US 52, south of town. Went north and into the VFW parking lot. Picked up a couple of nice Smith revolvers. Posted about them in the 1896-1961 section.
