Hi folks,
Some of the late 90’s revolvers in the safe that were factory-equipped with Hogue grips were showing some corrosion. I checked the rest and found 4 sets that needed replacement.
I reached out to Hogue customer service with a request to purchase the replacement hardware, and the rep couldn’t give me a price for the 4 sets, but asked for my mailing info while she checked.
Fast-forward 4 weeks, and a bubble mailer arrived with 5 sets of hardware, and a warranty replacement slip. No charge.
I would add Hogue to the short list of companies that still take care of the customer, along with S&W and Buck Knives. If anyone would care to add to the list, it would be welcome.
