Primary Arms Advanced Micro Dot (New Model)

This is the new model PA Micro Dot RDS. It is on special for $69.99. The reason it is priced to sell is that it comes with it's own lightweight riser but you can't swap it out for a T-1 compatible aftermarket riser due to a machining error causing the mounting holes to not line up. It looks like a really nice riser so it may not matter to a lot of people. What I like about it it's 2 ounces lighter and a lot less $ than the Vortex SPARC AR and it has the Primary Arms lifetime warranty.

For those of you thinking about a new trigger, I can highly recommend this one. Had a decent factory trigger in my sport II, but this one is so much better. Plus it comes with a bunch of swag. Price is plus shipping. How long you have to wait depends on how many they sell. Got mine on similar deal last year, and waited just under 4 weeks.

The Wilson is a single stage and the LaRue is a two stage so comparisons are kinda difficult on that basis, but I'll be glad to give it a review. I purchased it with the intention of installing it in the wife's light weight AR then moving her single stage Timney to my .22LR CMMG dedicated. Well... that's the plan unless the wife fusses that she wants her Timney back. :D
 
Have another AR in route. Got a decent combo deal on a Sparc AR and the Vortex 3x flip magnifier. Believe it was 328.00 shipped. I had purchased a Sparc AR for my BiL months and really liked it when I was zeroing the weapon for him.

Only it's a $50 rebate, not $75 per 1k rounds.

Right.

The Federal rebate on 5.56 and .223 has been going on for months and extends to the end of the year. It's always been 5 cents a round. At first they had the maximum rebate per household set at $200 but then raised it to $400.

When I typed $75 it was a brain fart. Woooops. I knew it was $50. Still had the correct final price of $249 though... so it's not like I need to be institutionalized... at least not yet. :D

Yup, you did have the final amount right. No funny farm for you ................yet.

I chose the M193 loose box of 1k since I like to bag my rounds for the range in 50/bag. This loose packaging eliminates all those emptying of boxes and throwing them out, should save me time unless it takes more time to count than to empty. Oh boy, I might have hosed myself.
