My PC 627/2.5 inch revolver should be at my dealer later this week. Does anyone have suggestions as to an OWB holster for this gun? I am looking for something that conceals pretty well. I prefer leather but I am open to all suggestions.
Thanks!

If you'll look on this page about 8 topics from the bottom you'll find "UDR holster options" and they covered this.
I wish I needed a holster for such a gun.

Thanks very much. I should have looked more thoroughly.

Yes, the 327 is a scandium 627. Alot of holsters will not cover the barrel completely, and I don't have this one handy but it's possible the barrel does not reach to the bottom. I found limited choices when I bought this pistol 5 years ago because of barrel length.

N-frame snub gun leather

PC 627/2.5...Does anyone have suggestions as to an OWB holster for this gun?

The two I use...

Murph's Custom Leather (holster only), China Grove N.C...$35-$40

Saguaro Gunleather, Kingman AZ....more $'s than the above one. Originally had it made as a strongside, just had it converted to cross-draw.

UDR Holster

I have PS6DA from Mernickle Holsters. It's nice, as would be the FC13. Because it's made to order, allow about six weeks. Make sure you completely describe the revolver, as it's off the beaten path. Also, I noticed Kramer Gun Leather makes a few of its models for the S&W 657PC 2 5/8", which is the same thing, only in .41 Mag. Lawman Leather Goods will make a shoulder rig to fit, as well. Galco show some for the S&W 325, but that has a fluted cylinder, and slightly shorter barrel. I'm sure DM Bullard and Tauris could handle the custom work if you can handle the wait. Remember, fit is as important for retention as it is for draw.

I've had several conversations with David Bullard regarding doing one of his "Undercover" model holsters for my 627PC 2.5" 8 shot. He says his molds are for the Fluted Barrel, not for the Unfluted ones. But mine is a "fluted" one. He is currently doing one for me now. Have had several of his holsters for my 1911s, mag pouches, etc... & his work has always been excellent. In his holster bottoms he "rounds" the opening so it curves in. Currently his schedule is between 10-12 weeks. There are lot of excellent holster makers here on the forum. Best of luck.

one more

In addition to the Murph's and Saguaro holster I showed in Post #9, here's one more I share with my 2 5/8" N-frames.

Custom Galco Phoenix (for 2 5/8") that I prefer to wear in the cross draw position...S&W 627-PC (Pachmayr Compaq K-frame grips), HKS speedloader pouch, 5-Star Firearms speedloader, RafterS belt.
