Holster for SW9VE / M&P 9mm

Have been kicking around the idea of asking Santa for the 9mm M&P but was wondering if my custom IWB for the Sigma will accomodate the M&P? Plan on taking the holster to the gun shop on Saturday to check for myself but the curiosity was killin me and it's only Tuesday ;-) Should it be a no go I might opt out for the M&P 45acp

Unless you have a generic "sock" holster, it will not.

The fitted holsters are not interchangeable for the two. The M&P is unique in magazine and holster dimensions.

Hey there Dub, welcome aboard. Mind if I ask where you got the custom holster? I can't find one for the sigma. thought a fobus paddle for the glock 17 would fit, but no dice. I have come to the conclusion that anything kydex is a no go. Canvas seems to be the only thing out there that i can find readily available.

Well gang Santa dropped off the FS M&P9 on his fly by and I discovered that my Southernholsters Memphis will indeed accept it perfectly. Had not been to the gun shop to verify as I had mentioned previously. Weapon is cleaned, lubricated, and I'm itching to make a run to the range.
