I'm having a heck of a time trying to locate a holster that is designed specifically for a two inch Model 10/64 with a "bobbed hammer". (There are plenty out there that are made for k-frames with 2-1/2" barrels, but that is not what I am after.)

While I do have a nice, usable holster that "Bobby Mac" made for me... I am looking to find another belt holster (that has no security strap or thumb break) that is made specifically for the 2" k-frame.

If anyone has such a holster that they are willing to sell, or who can direct me to a manufacturer who could make me one... please feel free to contact me.

So many good manufacturers....several of our members do great work...Lobogunleather & Bell Charter Oak, our down under expert Red Nicholls does beautiful work,

I use some Kramer horsehide, some Milt Sparks, some Galco, DeSantis, Ted Blocker, Bianchi, Gould & Goodrich, Alessi, etc.

Contact them and see what is in their catalog that appeals to you and then ask if they can build to your gun.....

Lewis Hughes at Hughes Holsters makes holsters for the 2" K frames in a variety of styles and colors. The turn around is about 2 weeks. He makes a great gun belt too. I'm a repeat customer.

Strong's Leather made such holsters in 2", 3", and 4" lengths for NYPD. I have one of each and can post pics tomorrow. I believe that they are called 2NY, 3NY, and so on. Of course, all of these have a thumb break. Also, I just picked up a Cobra Gunskin ankle holster apparently designed for bobbed hammer 2" K frames.

Check out the TT Gunleather. Tim has many options for 2" K Frame both OWB and IWB. No retention strap.

1791 Gunleather. I recently purchased one for my Model 10-5 3” bbl. and I’m very happy with it.

Here’s the holster I use for my 2” model 64 NY-1.

It’s made by Western Images Leatherworks in Colorado. Here’s a link to their website.

They can be made with or without a sweat shield for a hammer if you choose.

The belt slots are spaced wider than other brands which I like for driving. I can pull the holster forward to keep the grip off of my back.

I have one for my bobbed 2.25” SP-101 and a few of my semi-autos, too. I’m going to order one for my M&P Compact 2.0 soon, I like them.

Don Hume J.I.T. Slide works good for my 2 inch bobbed 10.

I have one of these for my 2" bbl M64. It goes in slick, comes out slick, but will not hold on to the gun if you go azz over teakettle.

Goes on most 1.5" wide gun belts alright. But not so much on 1.75" wide gun belts.

I own the 2NY.

Sucker is tight as a drum. Have to work it in the first time and let it sit in the holster to stretch it out a bit.

Also, holster belt slots and leather stiffness is such that it does not like wide or thick or overly stiff belts. A 1.5" wide double-thick leather belt can be made to work. Synthetic belts with stiffeners not so much.

I do like this as it securely holds the K-frame snubby with a thumb snap.

Bill, thank you for posting the images and link. Your holster is pretty much what I am looking for.

The Milt Sparks PMK should fit your needs if you're willing to wait for delivery. I have one for a 2.5" Colt Diamondback and I'm very happy with it. It's supposed to work well for the shape of a woman, but it pulls in well for me, excellent concealment under a shirt or jacket.

Goblin, I've been chomping at the bit to get a PMK for my S&W 696. Maybe I should just order A PMK for the Model 64 also and be done with it. :)
