Holster recommendation for gym shorts/ 340PD

I use a masterminds tactics specialist covert belt under my gym shorts and I carry my normal appendix carry holster for my JFrame

I use a side guard quick clip holster for my k frames, JFrames and bulldog 44.


I use Jmck kydex for my Glocks and 1911 commander.



It doesn't matter the size of the firearm. It works. I have carried a Glock 17 . I have carried a 1911

To everyone else, not as much. There are absolutely tons of gym/running fanny packs that don't look tacticool, get one of them in a fun (not coyote brown/camo/whatever pattern and wear them with non gun t shirts and its fine. I have a Kavu spectator that I use on some bike rides (dont carry at the gym myself) that just screams unfashionable granola cruncher if you wear it with normal stuff. Must people aren't looking for you to have a gun, and plenty of people want a place for their keys, wallet and phone when they're working out.

Do you get used to having plastic/metal against your skin?

edit: I guess it wouldn't be against your skin if it was outside your boxers but under your gym shorts.

I bought a Muddy Rivers IWB to use in my gym shorts while walking. The holster was about $50 and is adjustable for cant and ride height. It's made from waterbuffalo hide. About the only thing that I don't like about it is that the mouth isn't reinforced, so it takes two hands to reholster.
