Holster repair?

I have an old, not sure how old, S&W shoulder holster for a J-frame. It is the upside down style like a Berns-Martin.

The elastic that holds the gun in is aging and not as strong as I'd like it to be. Does anyone know of someone who could replace said elastic?

Shoe repair guy? Or see what Tandy leather has and do it yourself.

agree w/ afj - find an old "Mom & Pop" shoe repair store and they'll be able to do repair quick/easy
