Holster time

Now that I have jumped into the modern world and purchased a M&P full size 40 cal to go along with all my 3rd gens I need to get some holsters. Help me shop, here are the requests:

In your experience what are the best:
Competition type holsters
CCW holsters
Modern, plastic type holsters

I'm sure I will get as many recommendations as I get responses, but thanks.

Competition I would say a leather open top pancake. Its fast to draw, good retention and very comfortable.

CCW I am a fan of the hybred IWB holsters. Galco Makes a good "king tuck. that goes IWB and you can tuck your shirt into. making your weapon nearly invisible.

IMO the best modern plastic type is the Serpa QCQ lock holster, Sturdy, has a finger lock on it and wont break easily. :-D
