Holsters for 686-CS1

I currently own a 686-cs1 and a friend sent me a picture of an article about the Customs Service pistol. In the attached photo it shows a holster and it peaked my curiosity. Does anyone know if the Customs Service issued holsters along with the guns? or was it left up to the individual. In a past life I made custom leather products and I am going to replicate the one shown in the photo just to have as a "display" item. If anyone has any additional information/photos/articles about the leather for this particular model it would be greatly appreciated.

Desantis still makes a thumb break scabbard that perfectly fits the 3" 686. I carry my 686+ in an unlined, tan version that has been fantastic.
