Short answer appears to be a no.

The link to UPS and FED EX above both have 800 numbers, you need to get the answer from the source.

Looks like a $50,000 fine for a screw up, so it may not be worth the hassle.

A couple of years ago I received (in error) a case of primers on paper strips intended for some progessive press(s). I contacted the vendor about returning them and after some research, we concluded there was no way to ship them back that wouldn't cost more than they were worth. We agreed that I would keep the erronious shipment and they would ship the correct primers at half price.

I still have those primers on the paper strips. Maybe with the current prices, I should sell or trade them?
