Ordered an extractor for a 627 8rd, received an extractor for a 6rd. (CS person never did ask me for serial number or dash number.) Reordered an 8rd extractor again after I kept repeating it is for an 8rd and paid for next day air delivery, received it two days later.... (The part is also defective as it has a chunk of metal missing off the shaft, but am using it anyways as it still works.) Not impressed.
