As you guys know i'm on the waiting list for a 9mm Shield and a 40c.My situation is i'm not in the U.S right now so if my number comes up, i will pay for everything, but i just need them to hold them till i get there.I tried calling, but my overseas number is blocked and they don't accept blocked calls.

Send them an e-mail if they have a website, or send them a letter explaining your circumstances. Most have plenty of room to accommodate weapons that have not been picked up yet!

Hmmm, probably should have figured this out before you left. But now, I would have a buddy go by and explain the situation and maybe have him guarantee payment if needed. They probably would be glad to hold it awhile if it's paid for. I'm sure there is no law stating how long they must hold something.

I've been gone for almost a year(military) and stumbled upon the M&P craze, so now i want them! I'd rather be on the list now then pass now and get on the list when i return only to wait longer.

Just gave them a call (for some reason they didn't reject my call this time). He has no problem receiving my weapons without me being there and he will hold them until i get there!
