Looking at one of these says 1 of 1000. I've been reading different reports of numbers some say 2 and 3 inch 1000 total does anybody know for sure. How much would one be worth, no box looks very nice.

A recent boxed example went for $1380 all-in before shipping at auction.

I know of a recent private sale [not mine] of a shooter-grade for $900, and buyer thought he got an exceptional deal.

The quote of 1000 SB model 60s is correct, with 3" outnumbering the 2" by 2:1, but they come up for sale so often that figure may just be the ones shipped to Jovino specifically.

3" Chiefs are my favorites, a square butt enhances the deal, and stainless steel makes it irresistible.

There's much misinformation floating around about the 1984 Jovino square butts. In one of Dr. Jinks' more informative letters he explains there were 600 2" square butts and they were so popular Jovino asked for a 3" model later in the year. There were 1,000 of those.

According to the Jovino ad of the day, the models were exclusively Jovino offerings.
