This is how I do it and I've been hustling cars, boats, trucks, tractors for 40 years. Detail it to the max. Make it pop and then take 24 good pictures. I use a real camera and pay attention to detail. Show all books, keys, tire tread and take pains to show all angles and show the defects.
Price it to sell and put it on Craigslist. Cost is $5 for a 30 day ad with all the words you care to use and up to 24 pictures. Use them all - pictures will answer questions.
I do not put a phone # or email address in my ad - just use the CL reply system to feel out buyer until your bs detector says buyer is legit and then you can arrange a meeting.
Town Cars have a cult following so you need to find a Raylan Givens Justified fan. TCs are fine automobiles - a good clean TC priced right will sell itself but, like guns, if the condition is not there price it low and let it go.
Good pictures and an attractive price are the keys to successful selling. Good Luck
