Why I drive an SUV....

Note that the Emergency Lights on the Ambulance are not flashing....

i drive a ford f-350 in the winter and a loud harley in the summer, i do my part.

Looks like the guy in the grey (?) car was the first one at the scene of the accident. I bet he didn't limp away.

I'll keep my Ford F-150 4X4. 20 mpg is a small price to pay to keep big sheet metal between me and the next car.

Oh yeah, and no wonder Prius drivers drive real slow like woosies, ain't got no brakes !!! Shoo
P.S. Not to even mention Toyota raping the countryside in Canada to get all that nickel for their Prius batteries. Wonder what Toyota's gonna do with all that hazardous waste when the batteries ain't worth dookie in 5 years ? Whose gonna foot the bill for that mess ? Yeah, I thought so..... freakin' junk..... Shoo

I saw a report that Kelly Blue Book has lowered resale values of recalled Toyota’s by 3.5% in the last week and they may drop more. Ouch!

Calling all ambulance chasers...

Prius issues aside....I'm waiting to see how many litigious opportunists are going to stage an "unintentional acceleration accident" in order to get their piece of the Toyota liability settlement pie??

FN in MT

1994 Chev Tahoe 4x4
1985 F-150 Ford 4x4
Ducati Monster (Yeah! a LOUD Monster too)

I'll keep driving my Suburban and Buick LeSaber. The Burb gets an easy 18 on the road and the Buick will do 25 or better every day. Thats a small price to be surrounded with lots of steel.

I started hearing the commercials for a class-action type lawyer on Sunday. "Own a Toyota? Heard about the recall? Had an accident?" Some crank out of Cali that's been running commercials on XM Radio for victims of "large truck accidents." Now he's switched to Toyota accidents. I've been wondering if he has any idea that half of XM's listeners are truckers, and how long it will be before one of them pays him a visit at his office. He even gives them the address in the commercial. Idiot. 97% of lawyers are working hard to make the other 3% look bad. Present company excepted, of course. ;)

Don't think your safe just because you have a SUV, I saw an accident like this a few years back that had a Suburban crunched between two 18 wheelers, the SUV was about the same size.
