Chuckle for the day....hopefully?

Thursday Kathy goes to her gastro guy for bloodwork with a follow up appointment yesterday. Her white blood count ( WBC )is off the chart and she is being referred to a hematologist. The gastro guy suspects that she has an autoimmune condition where the WBC attacks and kills the RBC ( red blood cell ) faster than the bone marrow can make new RBC. Dead RBC's can be used as fuel to create additional bile and thus bilirubin to give the same symptoms as the original diagnosis. She has had bloodwork 20 times in 6 months, and there has never been an out of range WBC.

I'll stop here, because more info would be speculation
