Reminded me of a story. Many years ago the Anglican Cathedral choir I sang with were planning to to a recording and since the Cathedral is on a busy downtown corner, we were looking for a quieter location. i went to check out a very nice new Catholic church in a neighbouring community. Pretty quiet and with a decent acoustic. When I went downstairs to the meeting hall where they served coffee after Mass, I noticed they didn't have the usual coffee urns. No, they had a huge commercial Rancilio espresso machine! Then I remembered the plaque outside the main entrance: "Built by Bosa Construction." Bosa is a prominent local Italian family running both a construction and food wholesale business.
