I'm already shopping and browsing for what I want to do with it once I get it..

Is this normal?

Crayola the heck out of it... =)
Attach a decent red dot scope..
Hogue grip..
Magpul flip sights..
Magpul XT rail panels..
Magpul Angled fore grip..
all in FDE if possible..

Unfortunately, adjustable stocks are illegal in NJ, so there's no point in changing that out.

I'd like to put a flash hider on the barrel so it wouldn't look as plain, but thats illegal too. I wonder if compensators would be ok..
Hmm...

Maybe add an offset mount + flashlight as well. Any suggestions for a decently priced one? (around 100?)

Any other suggestions? =)

+1 on what Phil posted. Read through all the 15-22 threads here and look for more elsewhere. After your 15-22 purchase make a couple range visits before you start accessorizing it. Make sure it meets "your" expectations. It is very easy to invest $1,000.00 + on one of these. Good luck.
