Just wanted to tell everybody to not lose sleep this
evening wondering if you have won the 500 Million
Powerball. You know, tossing, turning, all night just
dreaming what you might buy with the winner.
Perhaps a Boxed Mint condition RM.
Or that cherry Triple Lock you've always wanted.
Perhaps that Pinto Pre-27 or a short barreled HD.
Maybe the pre-war K22 you have always dreamed
of with all the goodies in the Box.
Or a well used pre-29 that was owned by some famous
shooter from days gone by.
Whatever it is that might be in your sweet dreams
tonight, forget about it !!
I have the winning ticket already secured in my wifes
purse. Yes !! She is the official ticket holder and checker
of the few we bought today.
They are reporting that the chances of drawing the winning
ticket are about 1 in 293 MILLION but i am not deterred.
I shall sleep well knowing that i am the chosen one.
My only concern after tonights drawing is going to be,
just how i am going to convince the NRA museum and
the Cody Museum to sell their collections.

I, too, have the winning ticket.

Unfortunately, due to a cosmic case of "right time, wrong place," it's not in this particular causality. ;)

Please remember the rest of us when you win, and don't buy all of the RMs extant. We need something to chase, after all.

Yeah I bought a ticket too.
Rather donate $2 to powerball, than to coworkers scalping girl scout cookies at work. ;)

I even splurged and bought $1 mega million ticket.

I guess we'll need to split 5 or 6 ways. I'm in for $10. I bought my tickets on Sunday so I get more "dream time." I love the lottery, only way to get "the underprivileged" to pay taxes. Joe

a local news report on today's ticket sales with the reporter
asking the clerk about the line or lack thereof.
The clerk said she had a dude walk in and buy 800
dollars worth.
Ya' think that's a person working for a living ???

Heck - I'd just take another used M&P FS9.
I'm simple like that.

Do I have to keep it or can I pick a $10,000 gun, sell it, and buy ten $1000 guns? Also, does it have to be $10K up front or can it be 10K after it gets back from Hamilton Bowen?

i'll take a Singer 1911A1 in average condition or better. if I win I'm going to buy just enough land in the Ozarks to fire a .50 BMG at a 45 degree angle, in a full circle and have all the rounds impact on my property. and then put a small log cabin right on my 100 acre lake. lee

I have this idea of being an eccentric..

A little too late now for a big one..But..If I had won a big one while Jay Leno was still the host...I would like to have had Larry the Cable Guy, on first, then me. Come on dressed sort of like Larry...Then say to Larry, "If your sister is still available, I'd like to come a callin"? Cause I'd like to start a hog farm with her. "Larry, I could now be able to afford to buy her all the finer stuff she could want at Walmart"..

Or..."Jay, where is this Hollywood and Vine place"?

"Why"?

"Because I want to get in my Blue Ford and drive down there tonight after the show, and rent me one of those women I've seen pictures of".

Then watch the fun, and there would be a thousand blue Fords there, and the sidewalks would be crowded.

There should be enough left over to buy a politician or two. There's always one or two of those for sale at any given time.

Then maybe go down to visit Ringo, and see if we can find that guy he described he saw at Walmart. I'd like to locate that guy to find out where he got his outfit...That sounds like something a man of means would now wear....With a big diamond ring, and a Rolex watch.

Last night's draw, I was so close...I had 3-12-48-61-64-16:(

No joy in Mudville, nobody picked the numbers, but there was a $2 Million winner and several $1 Million winners.

Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmm............NOW we're getting into some serious F.U. money.........
Think it's time to buy a ticket........
I think it' F everybody money.

Honey, pack your stuff, I just hit the lottery.

Great what should I pack are we going to a warm place or a cold place.

I don't care just get out.:D

My wife was out running some errands, and I saw on TV that the new Power Ball had a grand prize of about 800 million dollars. The announcer also said the odds were about the same as getting struck by lightning while swimming in the Aegean Sea and getting bit by a giraffe at the same time.

So I went down to the corner stop 'n rob and bought two tickets.

As I came back, the wife had just pulled up into the driveway. She asked me where I went, and I showed her the tickets. She was overjoyed. I knew the odds were entirely to her satisfaction, and it was worth $4 to see her reaction. Me? I know the odds are about the same as winning when you don't buy a ticket at all.

Now if I DO win - well, the first beer's on me.
