I made a nice wind chime for our back patio...

I thought it would add a touch of class to our back yard area. It should also serve as a subtle warning to any uninvited 2-legged visitors, if they can make it past my pal Joe - he's a very territorial pit bull who does not take kindly to folks to whom he has not been introduced properly.

I envy you and especially having that beautiful dog. I have a golden that would greet any burglar (or any stranger for that matter) with a toy from her "own" toy box which contains about 20 different toy animals. After she greets the unwelcome individual, she would probably help them carry out anything that fits in her mouth!

You need the sign some friends of mine had on their driveway gate. They had a huge bouvier de Flandres that looked like a small silvertip grizzly but was a complete pussycat. He did have a bark like thunder.

The sign said, "Trespassers Will Be Eaten".

I was kinda expecting long guns for chimes with revolvers between them as clappers.

If I had to listen to one for very long I'd take a scattergun to it for fine tuning.

I love the sign. Much more subtle and classier than "Trespassers will be shot, survivors will be shot again."

The dog ain't too bad neither.

We had a neighbor that had hand painted signs up on his place that said "Trespassers will be violated!"

After a few comments from the neighbors and a visit to a dictionary, he replaced them with a more customary warning.
