I need help from a real expert on buying a used s&W

You know, I read a lot here and try to keep to myself. This young feller asked a question Wednesday and 2 days later still has not "refined" his search. I recognize that it's taken 10 years to get a total 5 post count and at that rate it'll be at least 2026 before we get a better idea of what he/she (sorry that's a complete list of my usable pronouns) is looking for, I'll say 642-1 and call it a day. I have super low post counts on some boards that I've been on for years and years...usually some niche I rarely touch, like GlockTalk or the 1911 Forum. I see threads on here where people are still debating months or years after the original poster has clearly checked out. 2 days isn't very long!
