I purchased 2 of these in March 2016, one for me and one for the wife. Sold mine some years ago for a reason I no longer recollect. The wife kept hers in the night stand, unloved and untouched. Never been fired.
So I 'repossessed' (she put it on my side of the bed!) it and am really liking it now. Things I like about it is its size of course, I love the double action and it's slighter stiffer trigger pull which gives me the confidence to pocket carry with a round in the chamber. With that setup, no need for a safety. AND it is surprisingly accurate. Lastly, reliable. Just 100 rounds thru it but no fails.
I did put some model paint on the sights.
Here are some pics:

The two I own have been plagued with light primer strikes ever since I bought them new about a year apart.
That has been a major problem with the Bodyguards since Day 1.
Have heard of people sending them back to Smith for warranty work and they come back with the same problem.
Must be a design problem. You’d think they would have corrected it by now.
I would have already sold them but I won’t knowingly sell a defective gun to someone; especially a self-defense gun.

Mine goes with me wherever I go....except in the shower. :D

I got two in 2012, and carried them both until this year. I painted the sights with paint, but ended up putting night sights on one and FO on the other. If I was going out at night the one with the night sights would be in my pocket, and the other in my ankle holster. I replaced them with a pair of CSXs.

I own one. It went back for light primer strikes. Been fine ever since. It’s my carry for NPE. Underwood Extreme Defender in 380+p is a real hand stinger.
