Stage 2: Saving the Diplomat #2
Defensive Pistol Stage Designed by Bob Roach
You are at your Mail Box on the edge of the street when you notice 3 bad guys dragging your Diplomat neighbor towards a parked van. They notice you and shoot at you. You return fire with 2 rounds each at 5 yards. You now notice 3 more bad guys with the Diplomats wife at 15 yards. You engage them with 2 rounds each. You can shoot Mail Box supported.
Stage 3: Compromised Cleanup IDPA Stage Designed by Jon Santini
You are checking on a cleanup site with a clipboard in both hands. As you approach the gate opening in the wall, you realize that a co-worker is in trouble. Several bad guys are ready to ambush him. You must act quickly to protect the co-worker and yourself.
You start at P1 centered infront of a 15 foot wide gate opening. At the Buzzer you must move to cover at Either P2. (Left or Right side of gate opening)
From your chosen position you must engage T1 thru T6 with 2 rounds each without hitting your co-worker. You have 2 barrels partially covering 4 of the bad guys. Targets are arrayed from app 3 yards to 15 yards.
Stage 4: Cubical Confusion IDPA Stage Designed by Marc Harris, Modified by Lin Edwards (2004 IDPA National Championship Stage)
You have arrived at work only to find terrorists have started killing your co-workers. You decide to save the day by employing your skills and your handgun.
You have 3 L Shaped walls with 3 simulated door openings into the offices. You start on the left end of the hall at P1. On the buzzer you move to P2 and engage T1, T2, and T3 with 2 rounds each without hitting your hostage co-worker in the first office. You next advance to P3 and engage T4 and T5 with 2 rounds each in the second office. T4 has 50% hard cover. You next advance to P4 and engage T6 thru T9 with 2 rounds each. You have 2 hostage targets infront of T6, T7 and T8 covering 1/3 of the outboard targets and leaving a strip the size of the A zone visible on the center target. Engagement distance 6 thru 12 feet.
Did I mention that you are holding your briefcase in your weak hand while engaging T1 thru T3. You leave the briefcase at P2.
Stage 5: Bad Yard Day IDPA Stage Designed by John Francis modified for D1 target use. Stage 7 2002 Florida State IDPA Match
You are tidying up your side yard when suddenly, two unsavory looking characters with knives advance towards you and demand your worldly goods. At the same time, screams from inside your house suggest that additional bad guys have already gained access to your house. You must act quickly.
Engage T1 and T2 with 2 rounds each while moving backwards to cover. From cover, reengage T1 and T2 with one additional shot each. Move to open window and doorway and using cover engage threats as they become visible. T1 and T2 are in the yard. T3, T4, and T5 are engaged through the window. T6, T7, and T8 are engaged from the door opening in the hall. T8 is 1/3 covered by a Hostage target.
Stage 6: Steel Stage
You engage the 8" Plate Rack from P1 and then engage the Texas Star from P2. 12 Rounds available for 11 targets. Both are engaged from 10 yards.
Stage 7: Last Steel Stage
From P1
You first engage the rear swinging silhouette with 2 rounds. Maunally operated Dual Swinger with Hostage infront of T1.
Next you engage a Full size Pepper Popper with 1 round only.
You next engage 2 Shorty Tomb Stones with 1 round each.
Next you engage the last Pepper Popper with 1 round.
From P2
Engage 4 Tall Tomb Stones set staggered 3 feet apart starting at 10 yards, each one 3 feet further away from you.
Total round count: 100
NOTE: In this match rimfire will engage all targets. Steel will be Pinged Only as a Scoreing Hit.
This should be a fun match.
Southern Missouri and Northern Arkansas revolver shooters, this is your chance to shoot a revolver only match. You can do more than plink and polish that Smith. Come on out and get it dirty.
