Identify my Gun Test

We get these requests all the time. Thought it would be fun to do the steps in the "To IDENTIFY your Gun" Sticky for this old gun I have. Pretty sure y'all will be able to guess what it is.

2. Serial number 47138
3. .357 Magnum
4. Five inch barrel
5. Adjustable sights
6. Reg number 657
7. Five screws

1st thing Lee says is look behind the yoke for a model number. If there is not a model number probably NOTHING we need from back there. One notable exception is a Reg Number on Registered Magnums. If your gun has that TELL Us!

I understand that that made an easy test easier. Although most of you guys can tell a lot just looking at a photo.
