I have never had the flu since then except for one time when I gave my last bottle to a coworker who was suppose to replace it. I should have known better since he was a tightwad and I ended up getting the flu and had to go to the doctor which costs me $150.
Now you can get Sambucol at Walmart and most drug stores. Just make sure it says Sambucol since there are a lot of copy cats which are not the same since she has a special process to preserve the ingredients.

Also don't forget vitamin C. They now have a liposomal form of vitamin C. Here is Dr. William Levy's description of liposomal vitamin C:

Vitamin C is also overlooked when people go to the hospital and are diagnosed with septic shock.
While the liposomal form of vitamin C is more expensive, it may save your life if you get pneumonia.
